About these terms

These terms govern your use of naxbi.studio (the “site”) and of the Naxbi Studio waitlist. By browsing the site or submitting your email, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Naxbi Studio is in pre-launch. The product described on this site is not yet generally available; nothing here is an offer to provide service or a guarantee of future functionality.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access. It:

• Does not create a customer account.
• Does not commit you to a purchase.
• Does not commit us to onboard you.

We onboard in batches. We may decline to onboard a given email address at our discretion (for example: clearly invalid addresses, duplicate signups, or abuse).

Acceptable use

Use of the site is on a best-effort basis. You agree not to:

• Submit other people’s emails to the waitlist without their consent.
• Probe, scrape, or attack the site or its infrastructure.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Use the site to send unsolicited messages on our behalf.

Intellectual property

The Naxbi Studio name, wordmark, holographic palette, copy on this site, and the design system are ours. You may link to pages on this site without prior permission, including with short quoted excerpts and screenshots, as long as attribution is clear and the context is not misleading. Mirroring or reproducing the site at scale requires permission in writing.

The fictional brand names that appear in slide mockups (Maison Laurent, Brooklyn Coffee Co., Tokyo Cuts, Bondi Smiles, Hotel Marisol, North Star Garage) are illustrative examples used to show layouts. They do not represent real customers or endorsements.

Pricing

Pricing displayed on the site is the target shape and is not yet billable. Final pricing, billing terms, and a formal service agreement will be presented when early-access workspaces are issued. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding price quote or an offer to sell.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party pages (analytics, social accounts, articles). We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is current at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naxbi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or the waitlist, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to €0 (the site and the waitlist are free to use).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Naxbi Studio evolves out of pre-launch. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the jurisdiction where Naxbi Studio is established. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
